MAIL IN VOTER REGISTRATION FORMS
Voter Registration Applications Forms are
available at numerous locations throughout the County.
In order to make it
easier for you to register to vote or to update your voter registration
information, we are providing the voter registration forms in pdf
document format.
Please make sure you have
completed all sections of the form and signed it before mailing.
NOTICE
OF DECEASED VOTER
Use
this form to notify the Board of Elections that a deceased voter should
be removed from the voter roles. This form can only be used to
cancel the voter registration of a deceased voter.
To be able to read and
print these forms, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed
on your computer. If you don't have Acrobat Reader installed, you
may download a
FREE
copy from the Adobe website. After installing the software, you will
be able to view the document below. All that is left to do is,
print the forms, complete the information and mail the completed forms
